As a Front of House Server in our UKRA Defence team, you’ll deliver excellent customer service while creating a welcoming dining experience for service personnel, colleagues, customers, and guests. Your role will help ensure high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service are maintained every day.

What you’ll do as a Front of House Server
 

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to customers, guests, and colleagues.
• Prepare food service areas and present food to the required standards.
• Serve food and beverages safely and efficiently during service periods.
• Replenish food, drinks, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Support cleaning activities, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Assist with the setup, delivery, clearing, and cleaning of function and event catering.
• Report incidents, accidents, complaints, compliments, and maintenance concerns appropriately.
• Attend training, meetings, and development activities as required.
