Business Consultant & Project Manager

Description:

As our new team member, you’ll be the one holding the customer’s hand – from project start all the way to a successful go-live. You’ll coordinate project activities, align internal consultants, and work closely with customers to configure and adopt RamBase Cloud ERP in a way that delivers real business value.

RamBase Cloud ERP is purpose-built for manufacturing and distribution companies and helps customers control their entire value chain – from sales to production to delivery. It’s a powerful SaaS platform – but what truly makes it work is the people behind it. That’s where you come in.

What You'll Do

 

• Lead implementation projects of RamBase Cloud ERP from start to finish
• Align customer goals with system configuration and process design
• Facilitate workshops, training, and decision making with customer stakeholders
• Manage timelines, risks, and expectations – and make the complex feel simple
• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and delivery
• Identify and promote relevant follow-up services to support customer success and long-term value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  
   

What we’re looking for

 

• Proven experience with ERP or digital transformation projects
• Solid business process understanding (ideally in manufacturing or logistics)
• Strong project management skills – structure, follow-up, and stakeholder engagement
• A proactive and commercial mindset – you see opportunities, not just tasks
• Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
• Confident leading workshops and meetings – both online and in-person
