Business Developer

Description:

We’re seeking a Business Developer with strong commercial awareness and a background in the Mechanical, M&E, or Industrial sector.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting strategic growth across our project portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Market research and lead generation
• Building relationships with Tier 1–3 M&E contractors and end clients
• Supporting tender and pre-qualification processes
• Coordinating with internal teams to align project delivery with client needs

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience in business development or estimating within mechanical / M&E contracting
• Strong understanding of sales strategy and pipeline management
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM systems preferred
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
