Business Development Executive

Description:

Powerforce GB is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to grow their presence in the Out-of-Home (OOH) channel, working with a top confectionery brand. This field-based role involves identifying opportunities, opening new OOH sites, and creating meaningful, long-term relationships. The candidate will take full ownership of their territory, crafting local activation plans, securing product listings, launching new lines, and driving visibility. Success depends on self-motivation, autonomy, and confidence in a fast-moving market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new OOH business opportunities across leisure venues, contract caterers, workplace canteens, and independent operators

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers

• Manage and take ownership of a designated territory

• Create and implement local activation plans using data and insights

• Launch new products and enhance category visibility

• Work independently, representing Powerforce GB at trade events and client meetings

• Achieve sales targets and contribute directly to business growth

Qualifications & Skills:

• Self-starter with tenacity, resilience, and a can-do attitude

• Experience in sales and winning new business

• Knowledge or experience in OOH / Foodservice channels preferred

• Full, manual UK or international driving license held for at least 1 year

• Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long-term client relationships
