Remuneration:

• Salary - Negotiable DOE
• Monthly car allowance
• Commission and annual performance related bonusses

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and procuring new leads.
• Sell and promote air, ocean, and road freight services.
• Prepare and submit quotes to secure new business
• Achieve annual targets.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships
• Work closely with Operational and Product teams
• Keep the CRM/Sales Management System updated with all pertinent information.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working for a freight forwarder based in Aberdeen.
• Experienced with selling air, road & ocean services
• Strong commercial acumen
• Business orientated mindset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving targets/KPI
