Supertouch, a leader in the UK Protective Workwear and Disposables Industry, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. You will work remotely and cover a designated territory in the UK, with the responsibility of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. Experience in the protective workwear industry and client relationship management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Engage with end users and use a consultative sales approach to secure product approval.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create and present tailored proposals to clients.
- Attend industry events to network and promote the Supertouch range.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM software.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, health and safety, and environmental policies.
