Digital Waffle is looking for two highly motivated Business Development Managers to join our client’s growing teams in Manchester and Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and collaborate with industry experts in the structured cabling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within structured cabling and related sectors (Electrical Installation, CCTV, Access Control, EPOS Systems).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research & analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events & conferences to expand business reach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales & business development within the structured cabling industry.
  • Strong understanding of structured cabling systems & related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for driving business growth & exceeding sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
