Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and pitch the rent-to-rent model to landlords, estate agents, and developers across London

• Evaluate potential properties, conduct valuations, assess risk, and structure win-win deals

• Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with clients

• Manage and grow your personal pipeline of property opportunities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and tenancy management

• Continuously track market trends and identify new areas for business growth

• Meet and exceed revenue and performance targets through consistent deal closures
