Description:

Accelero, a rapidly growing SaaS company dedicated to solving complex challenges for financial institutions and fintech organizations, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR). This is a hybrid role based in Northwich, with three days a week in-office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and working in close alignment with the marketing, product, and partner management teams. Your efforts will directly support the pre-sales function by booking quality meetings and contributing to a streamlined and high-impact sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and qualify new leads via partner networks, outbound outreach, and market intelligence.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Partner Managers.

  • Set up high-quality meetings and facilitate a smooth transition to the sales team.

  • Maintain and manage your pipeline using CRM best practices (HubSpot preferred), ensuring accuracy and regular reporting of performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a sales or partner-facing capacity.

  • A strong track record of success in SaaS sales and a deep understanding of partner ecosystems.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
