The Role

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Complex diary and inbox management for two senior principals
  • Travel, dining and meeting logistics, ensuring seamless daily operations
  • Acting as gatekeeper and key point of coordination
  • Handling occasional personal administration with professionalism and discretion

Industry Research & Field Intelligence

  • Visiting pubs, bars and hospitality venues to gather insight on trends, service styles and positioning
  • Monitoring competitors and identifying potential collaborators
  • Producing concise written and verbal briefings to inform strategic decisions
  • Acting as an on-the-ground representative of the leadership team

Brand & Social Execution

  • Managing and delivering against a pre-planned social content calendar
  • Capturing engaging photo and video content while in the field
  • Supporting community engagement across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Monitoring brand sentiment and reporting insights back to leadership
