- Confidence working in a kitchen environment, including basic food preparation
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Satisfactory DBS check

Good to know
- Flexible working hours considered (on request)
- The selected candidate will require a basic DBS check prior to starting
- Driving licence and own transport is essential as Llyn Brenig is a remote site, not covered by public transport
- Max of 5 shifts per week and we work 9-3 during winter hours and summer we work 8-5
- Llyn Brenig is open 7 days per week therefore regular weekend, and bank holidays working is essential
