Somersault is looking for an exceptional, B2B experienced, Client Services Director / Account Director to help maintain and grow our relationship with a portfolio of existing clients.
If you’re an experienced agency relationship director and revenue driver then you’ll probably already have a good understanding of what the role entails. We’re looking for someone that has the gravitas and knowledge to be a trusted advisor to our senior marketing clients, has the self awareness and personality to be a great member of our team and has the ambition and initiative to want to make a difference.
You’ll be organised and structured in your work, and focussed on delivering agreed growth and development objectives. You’ll understand the importance of knowing each client’s business and industry, and you’ll be someone that can combine best practice frameworks and methods with new ideas.
Experience in managing B2B clients will be a significant advantage, and we’ll expect you to be able to demonstrate a track record of success in building and sustaining strong client relationships.
