Client Success Manager

Description:

Our client are an innovative audio and gaming AdTech business that continues to scale globally, and they’re looking for a German speaking Client Success Manager to manage relationships with their German partners.

They’re looking for a commercially minded, fluent German speaker with experience within the AdTech/Media Agency industry.

The Role

• Manage the relationships with key partners in Germany.
• Regular calls and communications with key clients, and helping to grow revenue from existing business
• Consult clients on how to best use their products through presentations
• Campaign reporting and providing regular updates on performance to clients
• Service as the main point of contact for clients

Experience

• Experience within the programmatic / digital advertising industry
• Fluent or professional German speaker
• Experience within account management or customer success within the digital advertising industry
• Commercially minded, and a good problem solver
