To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A Registered Nurse qualification with a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) qualification.
- At least three years’ experience working in a community health setting with children, young people, and families.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve the best outcomes.
- A strong background in safeguarding and child protection, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, to engage with partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive, values led & solution-focused mindset, with the ability to lead on service improvements and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience using data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive meaningful change.
- The ability to travel across Tower Hamlets to provide leadership and support across different service locations.
