Clinical Negligence Litigation Executive

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Top 100 law firm based in Manchester city centre. As the Clinical Negligence department expands, the firm seeks an experienced Litigation Executive / Lawyer to manage a complex caseload.

In this role, you’ll manage a challenging caseload, handling cases from initial client instruction through to completion of fast and multi-track cases. You will manage the entire process, including pre-action investigation, settlements and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing their own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims independently and be familiar with the litigation process.

The Candidate

• Experience of handling a complex Clinical Negligence caseload
• Litigation experience is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of the Clinical Negligence Pre Action Protocol and CPR
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and timescales
• Ability to work to client SLAs and KPIs
• Excellent written, organisation and time management skills
