The Role

P2G Contract Support LLP is searching for a curious and analytical minded Associate to join our Commercial Team - a team known for tackling intricate commercial issues and helping the public sector achieve measurable value.

In this role, you will be an instrumental part of our team; a team of like minded problem solvers working across the PFI / PPP and outsourced FM markets to:

• deep dive into complex commercial issues, investigate root causes, and shape strategic solutions.
• support the public sector to achieve value for money through sustainable contracts.
• help embed best-practise contract management across UK and international PPP/PFI and outsourced FM contracts.
• support the smooth expiry transitions of existing PP / PFI projects, ensuring seamless service continuity; and
• contribute to the development of the next generation of PPP models shaping the UK’s future infrastructure.

Your work will span everything from analysing detailed financial and technical information to reviewing contracts and helping design future service strategies.
