Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for strategic financial support, performance analysis, and business growth through robust financial planning and decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a proactive business partner to senior leadership and commercial teams

• Lead and deliver performance analysis and interpret trading results against comparative metrics

• Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, drive performance, and identify new opportunities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, including preparing business cases for strategic initiatives

• Deliver scenario planning to support strategic decision-making

• Drive cost optimization, challenge investment cases, and support ROI performance

• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to maximize spend efficiency

• Prepare reports and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for board and management presentations

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified accountant with 3–5 years PQE

• Trained in audit, ideally followed by commercial finance/business partnering experience in a media, tech, or telecoms business

• Strong analytical and communication skills with proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders

• Confident, self-motivated, and capable of contributing insights and improvements to processes

• Must have a solid understanding of commercial drivers and a passion for driving business performance

Location & Working Arrangement:

• Based in Central London with hybrid work-from-home flexibility
