Commercial Lawyer

My client, a leading, global strategic advisory firm, is looking for a senior commercial lawyer with fluency in Mandarin to join their London office. The role will be wide-reaching and involve this person working across the full-spectrum of commercial and ad-hoc legal matters arising out of a busy, growing and international business. Reporting into the GC, this role will be global and support a growing Asian business, hence the requirement for fluency in Mandarin.

In addition to the language skills, the successful candidate will have trained and qualified in a top-tier law firm and have gained experience in commercial contracting/company commercial matters. They will have at least 8+PQE. In-house experience, whilst not a pre-requisite, would be beneficial.
