Description:
Copello have partnered with a leading player in the defence and technology space, who are on the lookout for a Commercial Lead to take ownership of multi-million-pound contracts supporting national programmes across areas like cybersecurity, aerospace, and maritime systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Acting as the main commercial contact on large-scale projects, ensuring compliance and commercial performance from bid through to delivery
• Leading on contract terms, pricing structures, and risk reviews
• Working cross-functionally with programme, finance, legal, and supply chain teams
• Supporting proposal development and high-value negotiations
• Driving improvements in processes and supporting strategic commercial planning
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience managing contracts in a defence, engineering, or tech environment
• Solid understanding of pricing, risk, and negotiation best practices
• Confident communicator with experience building strong stakeholder relationships
• A background in law, business, or commercial management is ideal
