Commercial Manager

Our client, a leading jet fuel supply and trading firm, are presently looking for an experienced Distillates Trader to work as a commercial manager in their London offices.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced middle distillates trader to move into a more commercial managerial position.

Your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for the fossil jet fuel and SAF procurement and supply.
• Responsible for the trading of carbon tickets (Scoping, HBE, etc.).
• Assist DGM and headquarter in establishing the deal structures as well as the supply chain for CAFEU's SAF trading and supply business.
• Manage SAF certifications and documentation.
• Assist Headquarter in seeking investment opportunities in upstream resources and supply chains for CAFEU’s SAF business.
• Responsible for the whole execution of SAF deals to ensure the smooth operation and profit delivery.
• Develop and manage SAF procurement and sales networks.
• Back up Jet Fuel marketing.

You will need to have the following experience:

• 1-2 years trading experience in middle distillation products.
• Strong business development experience with middle distillate products.
• Hedging Experience.
• Experience establishing Deal Structures, particularly with middle distillate products.
• Supply chain experience with middle distillate products.
• Exposure to Sustainable Aviation Fuel/ Jet Fuel is advantageous.
