We are working with a leading AJ100 multidisciplinary firm seeking a Commercial Manager to join their dynamic team in central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute professional to take ownership of key commercial deliverables across a diverse portfolio of high-profile interior design and architecture projects.

In this role, you’ll operate at the heart of the business, collaborating closely with departments including Legal, Finance, Design, and Proposals, supporting both live projects and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key commercial deliverables across various high-profile interior design and architecture projects

• Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, Design, and Proposals departments

• Support live projects and new business opportunities

• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different business units

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a commercial or project management role within the design, architecture, or construction consultancy sector

• Solid understanding of the design lifecycle, procurement options, and project stages

• Highly organised with excellent communication, analytical, and numerical skills

• Strong working knowledge of Excel and project management systems (e.g., Deltek or similar)

• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a keen eye for detail
