This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with the skills and experience to manage a varied commercial property caseload. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-quality matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, site assembly and estate development, and property matters for investors, pension schemes, charities, and educational institutions.

The Role:

• Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions independently.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Delivering a commercial and pragmatic approach to client matters.
• Contributing to business development efforts.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team when required.
