Aon is inviting applications for the Commercial Risk - Strategic Consulting Summer Internship Programme, starting June 2025. This 9-week internship offers aspiring professionals a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group (STG). Interns will work closely with senior consultants to help clients navigate complex risk environments, drive profitability, and optimize growth strategies in the (re)insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Conduct market research, data analysis, and financial assessments to support client decision-making
🧠 Develop strategic insights and recommendations for insurers, reinsurers, and private equity firms
📑 Assist in creating high-impact client presentations and reports
🤝 Collaborate with a team of consultants on fast-paced, high-value projects
💡 Learn and apply core consulting skills in a dynamic work environment

Requirements:

✔ Outstanding academic achievements (on track for 2:1 or equivalent in any degree subject)
✔ Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills in academic or professional settings
✔ Strong business writing and communication skills
✔ Leadership experience in extracurricular activities, student organizations, or volunteer work
✔ Motivated, ambitious, and eager to contribute to a growing strategy consulting business
