🚀 What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Manager to enhance sales effectiveness and market share
  • Analyse data and pricing models to identify commercial opportunities and margin improvements
  • Support sales teams with accurate, commercially sound proposals and pricing recommendations
  • Monitor performance across key accounts and spot areas for growth
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to validate new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy
  • Maintain and improve pricing tools, discount structures, and margin models

 

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a commercial or sales support role (ideally B2B or manufacturing)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
  • Confident interpreting data and presenting commercial insights
  • Understanding of pricing, margins, and contract terms
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset
