A leading global brand is seeking a Commercial/Tech Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join their legal team in London. Reporting to a Senior Counsel, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, handling high-value commercial and IT contracts while playing a key role in e-commerce, data privacy, and international licensing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

📜 Draft & negotiate high-value commercial/IT contracts
💻 Support e-commerce & data privacy initiatives to drive online growth
🌍 Negotiate licensing & wholesale distribution agreements across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 2+ PQE experience as a commercial/technology lawyer
✔ Experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal team
✔ Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, e-commerce, and data privacy
✔ Ability to manage complex international agreements
