As a Commis Chef, you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef and other kitchen leaders to deliver consistently high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and delivering delicious meals that align with Parkdean’s high standards.

• Cook dishes to specification, ensuring portion control and presentation meet company guidelines.

• Support the kitchen team during busy service hours, maintaining a smooth workflow.

• Accept food deliveries and ensure proper storage and rotation of stock.

• Complete temperature checks and follow all food hygiene and safety regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
