Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Test and Commissioning (T&C) Lead/Manager to drive the development and delivery of our T&C services nationally. Reporting to the National Project Engineering Manager, you’ll lead on-site execution, manage teams of Commissioning Engineers, and ensure all activities meet client expectations and Zinfra’s high standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and expand our T&C capabilities—improving systems, processes, and documentation while supporting tender development and project delivery. You’ll also play a key role in business development and stakeholder engagement, making this a highly visible and influential position within a growing, future-focused infrastructure business.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Driving the national development and delivery of Zinfra’s Testing & Commissioning (T&C) offering, ensuring consistent execution aligned with company standards and client expectations.
- Leading and mentoring high-performing T&C teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all projects.
- Collaborating with Resource Coordinators to manage and allocate skilled personnel, aligning workforce capabilities with project needs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Executing or overseeing complex on-site T&C activities, delivering safe, high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Enhancing T&C capabilities across systems, documentation, and processes, championing innovation and standardisation to improve project performance.
- Developing competitive, compliant T&C tender submissions, supporting business growth and alignment with revenue, profitability, and HSEQ targets.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, building trusted relationships to ensure satisfaction, alignment, and long-term success.
- Identifying and implementing development pathways for internal talent, growing in-house capability and supporting career progression across the T&C discipline.
- Championing lessons learned and risk management practices, continuously improving project execution through knowledge-sharing and robust governance.
