Community & Events Lead

Responsibilities
Loyalty & Retention
- Manage brand and CRM member initiatives that boost retention and turn members into advocates
- Support member journey in Hubspot from onboarding to monthly communications
- Stay ahead of industry trends and member needs to create resonant community experiences
- Partner with the marketing team to transform member insights and stories into powerful acquisition content
- Use data and member insights to track and improve key advocacy metrics including NPS, referral volume, and referral conversion rates
Events
- Design and execute member events that spark connections
- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant brands, artists and industry leaders to create compelling programming
- Support the development of cultural and ticketed events that enhance Qube's position in London's creative landscape
- Track event success through engagement and satisfaction metrics
We’re looking for:
- Substantial experience managing events and/or community initiatives in music, entertainment, hospitality or creative industries
- Demonstrable deep knowledge and relationships within London’s music and creative industry
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
- Excellent project management and communication skills
