This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Completions Manager, Post-Completion Manager or senior property professional who is ready to take ownership of a specialist function within a progressive and well-established legal business.

The role will oversee the completion and post-completion function across the firm's Residential Property, Residential Development and New Homes teams across the Bath and Bristol offices.

You'll play a key role in:

🔹 Leading and developing the South West Completions Team
🔹 Overseeing completion and post-completion processes
🔹 Managing HM Land Registry applications and requisitions
🔹 Supporting residential development, new homes and plot sales
🔹 Ensuring deadlines, priority periods and registrations are effectively managed
🔹 Working closely with fee earners, developers, lenders and external stakeholders
🔹 Supporting complex completion and post-completion matters
🔹 Monitoring workloads, performance and service levels
🔹 Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and workflows
🔹 Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the function
