We are currently searching for a COMPLIANCE MANAGER for one of our financial/fintech clients to be based in Dubai, and who speaks fluent Arabic.

OVERVIEW

Based in one of the region’s leading financial centres, this fast-growing international financial/fintech client offers a rare opportunity for the Compliance Manager to shape and embed their compliance framework.

This is a senior position, reporting directly to the CEO. You will take ownership of the UAE compliance function and act as the key liaison with the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA).

This role is ideal for an experienced Compliance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated trading environment and is looking for a high-impact position with real autonomy and visibility.

You will play a critical role in developing and strengthening the firm’s compliance, AML, and governance framework while supporting the organisation’s continued regulatory expansion and international growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience within a SCA-regulated organisation, have worked closely with the CEO and external auditors, and possess the level of expertise required to meet both the regulatory and operational demands of the role.

You will have comprehensive knowledge of SCA inspections, regulatory compliance, licensing requirements, and the overall regulatory framework.

You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the department, drive improvements, ensure ongoing compliance with SCA regulations, and develop the entire compliance function.
