Compliance Manager

Description:

A niche Private Markets business are looking to hire a Compliance Manager to join their business on an initial 12-month contract. The role will require someone with a good knowledge of a similar private markets business and must be a hands-on, generalist, Compliance candidate comfortable working autonomously. The position will cover multiple regulated jurisdictions.

The role requires 4-days in the office. For the right individual this could turn into a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Duties & Experience required include:

• At least 5 years Generalist Compliance experience, ideally within a similar Private Markets business.
• Dynamic, driven individual. Must be comfortable getting involved in all levels of Compliance work.
• Proactive mindset, working closely with teams across the business. Working autonomously whilst supported by an experienced line manager as and when required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
