The firm is a leading boutique practice providing specialist advice to corporations and individuals and with an impressive list of clients. The firm has been instructed large-scale construction disputes, across a diverse including acting for and against construction professionals, employers, and contractors on a mix of transport, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects in the UK.

You’ll need to be dynamic and motivated by the challenges of working on the most complex of disputes within a collegiate and supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge and strong experience in Construction disputes, adjudications, arbitrations, and a good working knowledge of standard forms. As this is a partner/senior opportunity, you will need to possess strong networking skills and the ability to generate leads. A client following is required for this opportunity.

• A highly experienced Contentious Construction Lawyer to promote and generate work
• Contribute to the overall firm strategy of growth
• Support the development of junior fee earners in the team
• Collaborate with other partners and fee earners in the wider firm
