Construction Site & Projects Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Construction Site & Projects Supervisor to oversee the delivery of padel court construction projects across the UK. You’ll be responsible for supervising works on-site, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and to specification.

This is a key operational role suited to someone with a strong background in construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise padel court construction projects from groundworks through to court installation

• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and in-house project managers to ensure project timelines and specifications are met

• Carry out site inspections before, during, and after works to ensure standards are maintained

• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to site

• Maintain detailed project and site records, including progress reports and snagging lists

• Identify and resolve any issues or delays on-site, escalating to the project team when necessary

• Ensure quality control at all stages of the construction process

• Represent SG Padel on-site with professionalism and clarity

• Travel across the UK to supervise multiple project sites

• Telehandler driving and some manual labour could be involved but not essential

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction, site supervision, or project delivery

• Proven experience managing subcontractors and trades on-site

• Strong knowledge of groundworks, steel structures, and general construction practices

• Comfortable reading technical plans and drawings

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

• CSCS Card (preferable)

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Practical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach

• Interest in sports construction or padel courts is a bonus, but not essential

• Telehandler licence a bonus, but not essential
