Description:
State of Flux is looking for an Analyst to join their consulting team, delivering Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and procurement projects for multinational clients across diverse industries. The role involves working on end-to-end supplier management initiatives, including maturity diagnostics, spend analysis, best practice process design, and joint business planning. The Analyst will help clients realize additional value from their supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify business trends and challenges.
- Contribute to report writing, summarizing findings and recommending next steps for improvement.
- Attend and contribute to weekly project meetings with client stakeholders.
- Conduct research on the latest industry trends to inform client discussions.
- Support senior consultants with business development tasks, including proposal and Statement of Work drafting, and RFI/RFP responses.
- Report project status both internally and to clients.
- Facilitate workshops with clients and their key strategic suppliers (virtually or on-site).
- Assist with scheduling critical sales meetings with C-Level stakeholders.
- Contribute to the organization of team social events and fundraising activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A university Bachelor’s Degree (minimum).
- Previous experience in a client-facing, commercial environment (preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Supplier Management).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical skills to discern trends from both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present information effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with domestic and international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Awareness of procurement and supply chain industry trends.
