SAP is seeking a Global Value Advisor – Procurement Solutions to play a strategic and consultative role in guiding global organizations through procurement transformation. The successful candidate will partner closely with C-level and senior executives to identify opportunities for improvement, develop compelling business cases, and help organizations achieve measurable business outcomes using SAP’s industry-leading procurement solutions.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical, strategic thinker who excels at connecting technology capabilities with business value. The position combines client-facing advisory work with internal collaboration to build scalable methodologies, frameworks, and best practices that strengthen SAP’s value advisory ecosystem.

The Global Value Advisor will join a globally distributed, high-performing team that works directly with regional procurement and value advisory leaders to design, standardize, and implement tools and processes supporting SAP’s procurement transformation engagements across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with C-level executives to define and guide procurement transformation strategies.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of procurement data and operations to uncover inefficiencies and improvement areas.

• Build, present, and communicate business cases supporting investment in SAP procurement solutions.

• Use interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather insights and validate business transformation opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain reusable tools, templates, and frameworks to standardize regional value advisory engagements.

• Contribute thought leadership and innovation to enhance SAP’s Value Advisory practice.

• Support account teams in developing customer engagement strategies and value-based sales approaches.

• Promote value-driven transformation, helping customers realize measurable ROI and long-term strategic benefits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years in procurement, consulting, or operational transformation roles.

• Proven experience engaging with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Executive presence with the ability to articulate complex ideas to senior leadership.

• Knowledge of cloud-based software models, ERP systems, and digital procurement technologies (SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, etc.).

• Background in finance, supply chain, or spend management preferred.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

• Active participation in procurement or industry associations is an advantage.
