Conversion Manager

Description:

The role is based at the Whiteknights Campus in Reading. You will be expected to work a minimum of 3 days a week in the office with option of home working on other days. During calling campaigns there are options to spend more time working from home.

You will have:

• Supervisory or management experience in a sales or marketing role.
• Experience of running conversion activities or events, ideally in a HE environment
• Experience of providing support to a sales or marketing dept., ideally in a HE environment
• Understanding of the postgraduate student recruitment market and factors influencing conversion
• Experience of briefing teams and providing logistical support to event owners and key stakeholders
• Good organisational and project management skills
• Comfortable working with data and strong reporting skills
