Corporate & Leisure Travel Consultant – what will I be doing?

• Handling a wide range of corporate and leisure travel bookings, including air, rail, accommodation, and car hire.
• Creating tailored itineraries that balance traveller needs with cost-effectiveness and company objectives.
• Using Travelport GDS and other booking tools with accuracy and confidence.
• Managing travel changes, cancellations, and last-minute amendments.
• Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Supporting the wider team with documentation, confirmations, and post-travel feedback.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Staying up to date with travel trends, technology, and destination knowledge.

Corporate & Leisure Travel Consultant – what experience do I need?

• Previous experience as a Travel Consultant within a corporate, leisure, or mixed travel environment.
• Confident user of Travelport GDS (essential).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Calm and adaptable when juggling competing priorities.
• A genuine passion for delivering brilliant customer experiences.
