Our client is a well-established international Corporate Finance House in Birmingham who is looking to bolster their team with an entrepreneurial and dynamic graduate.

They are seeking individuals who have recently come out of University with a 2.1 or higher degree, ideally business or finance related, who are looking to start their career within Corporate Finance. They will also consider individuals who have a year or two of business experience post graduating.

Key responsibilities will include:-

• Identify and screen UK and International buyers
• Analyse and prepare reports on companies and markets
• Identify acquisition targets for corporate clients and financial institutions
• Prepare key elements of pitches, business plans and shareholder options documents
• Maintain sector coverage, tracking trends and investment themes, collating research notes, news articles and blogs
• Undertake company and sector valuations
