This international law firm is seeking a 2-6 PQE Corporate Lawyer to join their market-leading Corporate Energy team.

About the role

As part of the role, you will join a number of senior corporate partners and Associates, regarded as leaders in their field, working on complex M&A and joint venture transactions, particularly within the Energy and Resources sector, with a strong focus on oil and gas.

Skills and experience

• You will have between 2 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a strong background in M&A and joint venture transactions.
• Experience within the Energy and Resources sector—particularly in oil and gas—is essential.
