Corporate Lawyer

A leading international law firm with a growing London platform is looking to hire a Corporate Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its high-performing Corporate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate lawyer seeking high-quality transactional work, genuine responsibility, and exposure to UK and cross-border M&A and private equity deals within a collaborative, collegiate environment.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• M&A and private equity transactions (buy- and sell-side)
• Joint ventures and strategic investments
• Corporate restructurings and advisory work
• Running corporate due diligence, disclosure processes, and deal completions
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Direct interaction with clients and other advisers
• Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives

Associates are encouraged to take day-to-day responsibility for appropriate matters, with supervision and support on more complex transactions.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–4 years’ PQE
• Trained at a reputable City, Top 20 UK or US firm
• Strong grounding in corporate/M&A/PE work
• Confident drafting skills and solid technical foundations
• Commercial, proactive, and comfortable in a client-facing role
• Keen to be part of a growing London team within an international firm
