The successful candidate will be acting as sole counsel, advising the joint venture company on developing a circular economy business.

They are looking for someone who has a strong corporate background with project development/infrastructure experience.

Sector experience in areas such as oil & gas, energy/renewables would be useful but by no means essential.

The successful candidate will likely have a strong private practice background with a top city firm, paired with some prior in-house experience too.
