Role and Responsibilities: As a Senior Associate Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in advising large corporate clients, including international organizations, ambitious investee companies, and high net worth individuals. Your responsibilities will include assisting and advising on a wide range of corporate law matters, such as M&A, early stage investments, reorganizations, shareholder arrangements, option schemes, and day-to-day corporate law issues.

Requirements
 

• Corporate Law Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE or equivalent.
• Strong legal and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach, meeting deadlines amidst competing priorities.
• Enthusiasm for business development.
