Description:
Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll take ownership of how Fera shows up across every channel: social, email, and beyond. This is a role that sits at the intersection of brand and performance. You'll be as comfortable shaping a campaign narrative as you are analysing what's driving conversion.
With a clear aesthetic, a loyal and growing community, and an ambitious roadmap ahead, the focus of this role is ensuring Fera reaches the right people with the right message: consistently, creatively, and with commercial purpose.
You'll lead our social channels, content strategy, email marketing, and influencer and seeding campaigns, working to bring the Fera world to life and build the brand into a leading voice in British menswear.
This is a role for someone with genuine entrepreneurial instinct and ambition. This role is for someone who understands what makes a brand culturally relevant, and who is as excited by the craft of marketing as they are by the results it drives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Management
- Build and deliver annual brand calendars and campaigns ensuring alignment with sales initiatives and strategic objectives.
- Translate brand ambitions into clear, cohesive marketing plans and outputs.
- Ensure consistent, premium brand expression across all channels.
Channel Management
- Plan and execute social media content strategies (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Plan and execute email strategy (Klaviyo).
- Contribute to paid e-commerce strategy, with a focus on creative, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Balance long-term brand building with short-term, performance-driven execution.
- Ensure campaigns translate effectively across each channel.
External Partners
- Support and shape brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Act as the main point of contact with our external PR partner.
Content and Creative Direction
- Execute and manage creative output across campaigns, social, and brand assets, working with the Creative Director to ensure it all ladders back to the Fera aesthetic.
- Collaborate to build out FERA’s content strategy and calendar.
- Strong judgement and creative instinct towards copywriting + art direction.
