Our Design team takes a holistic view of the customer experience. We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, always focusing on customer value and thoughtful execution.
How You’ll Contribute
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and others to define customer and business problems.
- Own Project Metrics: Identify key success metrics and take responsibility for achieving them.
- Drive Research & Insights: Conduct research, gather learnings, and inform solutions for complex goals such as new territories or new features.
- Design End-to-End Solutions: Create simple, elegant designs—from wireframes to end-to-end flows, prototypes, and polished visuals.
- Run Testing Workshops: Lead customer testing and guerrilla research to validate ideas.
- Work Closely with Engineering: Implement designs with technical teams and present work during design reviews.
- Improve Post-Release: Review performance after launch, gather insights, and refine the experience.

- Experience designing complex, commercial applications across iOS, Android, and web.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
- Professional-level proficiency with Figma.
- Strong skills in UX, understanding of human behaviour, and design thinking.
- Clean visual design sense with strengths in typography, grids, and layout.
- Ability to work autonomously and own the full design process.
- A passion for problem-solving and tackling challenging design work.
