We’re Hiring: Customer Success Director – Retail & Luxury Clients for a global marketing technology company combining AI, data, and omnichannel platforms to help brands grow smarter and connect with customers more effectively.

 

This is a brilliant role for someone who’s worked closely with email service providers (ESPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs)—someone who knows how to turn customer data into meaningful marketing outcomes.

 

💡 You’ll need:

  • 7+ years in a senior digital marketing or CRM position
  • Proven experience using ESPs and CDPs in a retail or ecommerce setting
  • A track record of managing large client accounts and growing revenue
  • A clear understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy
  • Confident communication skills with senior-level stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading delivery across cross-functional teams
