Customer Success Manager

 

Description:

As Customer Success Manager, you will play a key part in the long term success of our clients, globally.

 

You will be instrumental in building long-lasting relationships with our customers and making them realise significant benefits from our software. You’ll work closely with other members of the Customer Success team to ensure customers get timely assistance, driving engagement and satisfaction across our user base. A significant part of your time will be spent working with our customer’s data, from global technology roadmaps for the worlds largest organizations to detailed financial plans delivering these strategies. Your work will be critical to the overall lifecycle of the customer journey.

A typical day will see you:

 

  • Working alongside our Activation Leads to successfully onboard new customers, whilst developing your knowledge of best practises in large enterprise organizations.
  • Being the go-to person who deeply understands our customer’s data and configuration needs, gaining a unique insight into the operations of the world’s largest organizations at the highest level.
  • Designing & configuring key reports tailored to the needs of the customer – from high-level portfolio views to detailed status, financial, capacity and OKR reporting.
  • Implementing processes to better track customer feedback and usage patterns amongst our customers and identify areas for improvement.
  • Preparing, updating and delivering training to customers, including documentation, videos and live sessions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering) to solve customer problems.
