CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is hiring for the position of Analyst I, Falcon Complete to join its remote team in the United Kingdom. As part of CrowdStrike’s virtual Security Operations Center (vSOC), the selected candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring, incident response, malware analysis, and remediation across multiple operating systems. The position is ideal for candidates who are highly motivated, technically skilled, and passionate about protecting digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze security alerts using the CrowdStrike platform.

  • Perform hands-on incident handling across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.

  • Analyze malware and execute remote remediation of threats and malicious activity.

  • Enhance detection and triage processes and define countermeasures.

  • Deliver high-quality reports and communication to customer management.

  • Contribute to public knowledge via blogs, webcasts, and speaking events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve security procedures and protocols.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in one or more areas: Incident Handling, Forensics, Malware Analysis, Systems Administration, Incident Remediation, Programming/Scripting.

  • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, C#, Perl, .NET).

  • Strong understanding of Windows, Mac OS, and Unix operating systems.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.

  • At least one relevant security certification.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance) or equivalent work experience.
