As a Data Senior Project Manager, you will report to the Head of Client & Distribution Platform and be responsible for delivering medium to highly complex client and fund data projects. You will oversee project objectives, scope, resources, and expected business outcomes while ensuring adherence to governance and project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex data projects, defining objectives, scope, resources, and expected benefits.
- Communicate project outcomes across the organization to gain support and buy-in.
- Develop and maintain high-quality project plans with risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes, and benefits, making adjustments as necessary.
- Forecast change and BAU resource requirements for project execution.
- Provide leadership, direction, and confidence to the project team, ensuring successful delivery within specified tolerances.
- Conduct regular retrospectives and implement improvements to enhance project execution.
- Maintain compliance with governance standards, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, escalating when necessary.
- Motivate and guide the delivery team, ensuring high-quality outputs and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
