Head Resourcing, a renowned talent partner in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Debit Cards & ATM Processing Specialist for a UK-based financial client. This remote, full-time role is ideal for experienced professionals who can offer deep expertise in debit card and ATM technologies and are confident navigating both business and technical domains.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, delivering robust card processing solutions and managing technical changes from inception through implementation. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration across internal departments and third-party vendors to maintain and improve core banking and card processing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the SME for debit card and ATM processing, ensuring best practices and innovative solutions across the current account and debit card landscape

• Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects and implementations

• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define and deliver efficient, scalable solutions

• Manage end-to-end documentation for system enhancements and change initiatives

• Serve as the central point of contact for debit card processing technical matters

• Support and resolve issues using technical incident management practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong domain expertise in debit card processing (ATM knowledge preferred)

• In-depth understanding of card scheme operations and technical functionality

• Experience in managing outsourced suppliers or strategic technology partners

• Familiarity with project design processes, technical issue discussions, and solution design

• Proven track record working across multi-disciplinary teams within banking or financial services

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
