Due to ongoing success and growth, Owen Daniels is expanding its recruitment team and seeks a motivated and ambitious Delivery Associate / Consultant to join their team based in Camberley.

The Delivery Associate / Consultant will focus primarily on the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, tasked with building strong relationships with clients and candidates. This role involves sourcing top talent for a variety of positions across the UK, helping clients fulfill their recruitment needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Build strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as their trusted advisor.

• Represent Owen Daniels professionally, acting as an ambassador to clients and candidates alike.

• Provide an excellent experience to customers and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and engagement at all stages.

• Support the business in sourcing and selecting the best talent for client vacancies.

Candidate Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client and candidate engagement.

• Prior experience in a recruitment environment is desirable.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage strict deadlines and multitask effectively.

• A proactive self-starter with strong initiative and a team player attitude.

Working Conditions & Benefits:

• Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
